During a panel with Avatar co-creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino at San Diego Comic Con, it was announced that The Legend of Korra would continue in the form of a comic book series by Dark Horse Comics, the same publisher of the Avatar: The Last Airbender graphic novels.
